PPC Marketing Specialist Job Description:

As a PPC Marketing Specialist you will need experience managing PPC campaigns in Google AdWords, Yahoo, MSN/Bing, etc. In this position, it is important to know how to assess the client's needs and conversion goals in order to develop a successful campaign and keyword strategy. This job requires demonstrated strong analytical skills in website traffic, meticulous time management, performance assessment, and constant evaluation and analysis. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Manage multiple client PPC campaigns in various industries
  • Actively test and analyze keywords, advertising copy, landing pages, and positioning to maximize results
  • Develop and manage PPC bidding strategies and be responsible for the bottom-line success of our paid search efforts
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance of paid search expenditures and optimize spending based on projected ROI

Required Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in business or related field
  • Has a minimum of 1-2 years of PPC management experience
  • Familiarity with PPC management platforms (Acquisio) experience
  • Also required is experience in web analytics (Google analytics, Omniture, etc.)
  • Good proactive communication skills
  • Has a minimum of 1-2 years internet experience
  • Is attentive to detail, well organized, and able to multi-task
  • Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Google Advertising Professional Certification preferred
