Burkan Bur, Director of Project Management

Burkan Bur, MBA, is one of the premier experts in the search engine marketing field. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction for SEO campaigns, tracking online visibility, user behavior and traffic, keyword research and analysis, competitive analysis, conducting final QA, keeping clients up-to-date with recent search engine algorithm changes and new online marketing trends. He uses his expertise to enhance sales and marketing goals for hundreds of companies.

Before joining the SEO Inc. team, Burkan was a project manager and IT manager at Quality Values LLC, a company that offers online assessments, organizational audits, and satisfaction surveys. In the role of project manager, Burkan was responsible for project and strategic planning, staffing and management, budgeting, process development, and creating performance measures. In the role IT manager, he created internet marketing plans encompassing online advertising, brand loyalty, link popularity, search engine optimization, market positioning, and e-commerce. He also developed, tested, and maintained the company's Web site and e-store, and he assisted the marketing department in tracking site visits and in analyzing statistics.

Burkan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Istanbul, Turkey, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Bilgi University, Istanbul, Turkey.
