    Yahoo! and GenieKnows, Enter Sponsored Search Agreement

    Halifax, Novia Scotia - July 20, 2007 - Halifax-based search company part of IT Interactive Services Inc., GenieKnows.com, has entered into a search distribution deal with Yahoo, designed to allow GenieKnows.com with access to Australian and Canadian sponsored search listings.

    Yahoo! advertiser listings will be visible alongside the natural search listings generated by the GenieKnows.com vertical search engine, which employs patent-pending technology encompassing crawling, extraction, indexing and ranking techniques. This deal went into effect May 1st, 2007 and will allow for Yahoo! sponsored search listings to appear across all GenieKnows vertical engines and selected network partners.

    Barbara Manning, President and Chief Executive Officer of GenieKnows.com remarked, ''The relationship with Yahoo! signals a new era for GenieKnows. This deal will allow us to enhance the GenieKnows.com vertical search channels with relevant advertising to Canadians and Australians using Yahoo!, while proving our commitment in providing the best online experience for our users.''

    Iain Wilson, Director Search Partnership at Yahoo! Search Marketing added, ''GenieKnows provides Canadian advertisers with the perfect vehicle to reach targeted users. With this deal we now have the opportunity to reach a niche demographic through the use of GenieKnows vertical search platform.''

Search Marketing and GenieKnows deal not only expands our distribution network but, more importantly, provides our advertisers with consumers who are genuinely searching for what they sell.''

    GenieKnows will launch its games vertical version 1.0 in June, with a health vertical and Local search function remaining in beta form and expected to launch in version 1.0 in the coming months.
