Reston, Virginia - December 1, 2006 - The monthly qSearch analysis of activity across competitive search engines, released by digital age measuring service, comScore Networks, has revealed that in October 2006, Google Sites captured 45.4 percent of the U.S. search market, gaining 0.3 share points from the previous month.
Yahoo! Sites maintained its second place ranking with 28.2 percent of U.S. searches, followed by Microsoft Sites (11.7 percent), Ask Network (5.8 percent) and Time Warner Network (5.4 percent).
