    Los Angeles, California - November 22, 2006 - Experian's PriceGrabber.com's President, Kamran Pourzanjani, was named a national finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2006 award in the Services category. The Ernst and Young Entrepreneur Of The Year awards program, now in its 20th year, recognizes the significant contributions of business leaders and founders who build and sustain growing, dynamic businesses.

    The finalists are selected by an independent panel of judges, from approximately 300 regional award recipients across 10 different categories. Mr. Pourzanjani was selected as a national finalist in the Services category from among thirty-three regional winners. The award ceremony was held on Nov 18 in Palm Springs, California.

    Mr. Pourzanjani remarked, "It is an incredible honor and a great recognition to be a national finalist and another indication of how far we have come since PriceGrabber.com was founded in 1999.     Starting with less than $1.5 million in angel investment Mr Pourzanjani, as the CEO and Co-Founder, successfully grew the early pioneer of online comparison shopping into a leading Internet company, which was acquired by Experian in December of 2005 for an enterprise value of $485 million. Since inception PriceGrabber has become a popular site for comparison shopping with more than 21 million monthly unique visitors.

    Under Mr Pourzanjani's direction, the company has introduced numerous innovative and consumer centric features that make the online shopping experience easy, fun and rewarding for shoppers. This award marks the second time Ernst and Young has recognized Mr Pourzanjani, who was named the 2005 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Greater Los Angeles Awards in the Business Services category.

    The Ernst and Young recognition adds to the numerous accolades PriceGrabber.com has received. The company was recently named Best Site for Comparison Shopping by Money magazine, and ranked on the 2006 Deloitte and Touche Technology Fast 50 and 500. PriceGrabber.com was also named the 2006 Internet Company of the Year by the Software Council of Southern California. A Regional, National and Global Award to Honor Entrepreneurs The Entrepreneur Of The Year awards program was created and is produced in the United States by Ernst and Young LLP.

    From a single program in 1986, the awards have expanded to 26 regions in the U.S. and 39 countries worldwide. Regional award winners are eligible for consideration for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur Of The Year national program. To be considered for the Entrepreneur Of The Year award, candidates must be an owner or manager of a private or public company who is primarily responsible for the recent performance of the company and still active in top-level management.

    An independent panel of judges consisting of business leaders and past Entrepreneur Of The Year winners selects the finalists and award recipients. The Ernst and Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Program is nationally sponsored by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.
