    San Francisco, California - November 27, 2006 - GoFish Corporation, an online user-generated video company, has acquired several former Yahoo! executives, in addition to former Kodak EasyShare Gallery Chief Architect, Greg Schroeder, newly named as Chief Technology Officer. In addition, Peter Guber, Chairman and CEO of Mandalay Entertainment Group, has joined its board of directors.

    Mr. Schroeder brings over 20 years of in-depth experience in the technology industry to GoFish's management team, having been the chief architect and director of Systems Integration, New Business at Kodak Imaging Network, Inc. Mr. Schroeder was responsible for internal systems and processes, as well as both intra- and inter-corporate partnerships. Kodak EasyShare Gallery, formerly Ofoto, is the largest online photo website, with over 35 million users and storing over 2 billion user-generated images.

    Mr. Schroeder attended Harvard and UCLA, graduating with degrees in Linguistics and Computer Science.     Mr. Schroeder was a principal architect at Manugistics, Inc. and also held key managerial and technical leadership positions in several companies across a variety of industries, from enterprise solutions to application service providers to relational databases, including ProBusiness (ADP), Illustra (Informix, IBM) and Britton Lee (Teradata, NCR, AT and T).
