    Minneapolis, Minnesota - July 30, 2007 - According to Founder of GoFish Commercial search engine, Kristi Oman, in the land of 10,000 lakes, gathering accurate information about commercial properties for sale or lease often results in hours of hard work and ultimate frustration using current online search sites.

    Ms. Oman decided to design a new commercial property search engine, to provide owners, brokers, agents and clients with free listings and searches, with an environment designed for easy access and relevancy, after spending countless hours and hundreds of dollars subscribing to commercial multiple listing sites only to find out the listings were old and outdated. Ms. Oman created the web site, intending to provide a free listing and free search service product that was both continually updated and easy to use.

    Ms. Oman explained, ''I was tired of having to pay for commercial property listings that ended up being one or two years old... I figured there must be a better way to make commercial real estate information more accessible to brokers, owners and consumers. Since I couldn't find what I was looking for, I decided to create my own site that was fun and easy to use while striving to be the largest and most accurate database of commercial property in Minnesota.''
