    Pasadena, California - May 8, 2007 - A new CO2 Saver, that resides on the desktop, designed to adjusts Windows Power Management settings to reduce computer energy use when idle, has been developed by Perfect Market Technologies, Inc.'s Snap.com.

    Developed as a free, lightweight application, to allow for up to 95% electricity savings, the CO2 Saver toolbar calculates the amount of energy it saves, converts it to prevented emissions from power plants, and displays the amount of CO2 a user has saved -- as well as all other CO2 Saver users combined.
