Once you've fixed the problem that got you banned from Yahoo, you'll need to contact Yahoo to conduct a second review of your site.
You'll want to use this form if:
- You are requesting a second review of your site status in Yahoo! Search Index.
- You have received confirmation from Yahoo that your site is not in compliance with our Yahoo's Content Quality Guidelines.
- You believe that a second review will reverse that assessment.
The second review request form is located at:
The re-review process will take several weeks and you may never recieve a personal response back from Yahoo. Make that your site is clean and you've fixed all problems before sending your request.
Yahoo is looking for pages that are:
- Original and unique content of genuine value
- Designed primarily for humans, with search engine considerations secondary
- Hyperlinks intended to help people find interesting, related content, when applicable
- Metadata (including title and description) that accurately describes the contents of a web page
- Good web design in general
Ensure that your pages follow these guidelines and you'll have a better chance of getting back into Yahoo's index.
